I can't complete my order. What do I do?
Please make sure you have:
1- Spent more than the order minimum: For some restaurants there is an order minimum. You will see red text with the order minimum amount published on the menu page.
2- Checked the hours of the restaurant: If the restaurant is closed, our system won't let you complete the order online.
3- Completed your order during BuenosAiresDelivery.com hours: We are open everyday from 11am-1am.

I don't see any confirmation of my order, how do I know it went through?
As soon as the system tells you that your order has been placed, you can be sure that someone on our team is getting in touch with the restaurant to complete the order. Please be aware that the communication with the restaurant is made in real time and often by phone; any delays may be caused by congestion in the telephone lines or other communication issues. Please wait a few minutes for a confirmation email from BuenosAiresDelivery.com.

What if I want to change my order?
Any adjustments to your order can be made before clicking "Finalize order". If you need to make any adjustments to your order after clicking "Finalize order", please send us an email as soon as possible to info@buenosairesdelivery.com
How does the restaurant get my order?
Once you finalize your order, an email is automatically sent to the BuenosAiresDelivery.com team and the restaurant. There is often a 2-5 minute delay in confirming the order. Once the order has been placed, you will get a confirmation email with the approximate arrival time of the food and the final order price.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the time frame that was given to you in the confirmation email, please email the BuenosAiresDelivery.com team at info@buenosairesdelivery.com to inform us of the delay. Immediately, we will be in touch with the restaurant to let you know the status of your order.
Can I report a bug?
Sure! We appreciate you helping us out. If you see something wrong with the website, please send us an email to info@buenosairesdelivery.com and we'll have someone fix it as soon as possible.
